Sehatmand zindagi jeene ke liye asaan aur rozmarra ki sehat bakhsh aadatein

Har shakhs chahta hai ke uski zindagi sehatmand, khushgawar aur lambi ho. Lekin aaj kal ki busy lifestyle aur unhealthy routines ki wajah se log beemariyon ka shikaar ho jaate hain.

   Zyada screen time se neend aur aankhon par asar padta hai. Din ka ek time bina screen ke guzariyein.


7. **Achi Neend Leejeyein**  

   7-8 ghante ki neend har roz lein. Neend se body recharge hoti hai aur immunity bhi strong rehti hai.
